When disciplined, Federal employees are provided some process by federal statutes and regulation. When subjected to discrimination or retaliation, they also have rights pursuant to discrimination in employment and whistle blowing statutes.

Mr. Aramony has represented hundreds of federal employees who were subjected to proposed or final termination of employment or other discipline. Before the Merit Systems Protection Board, he has litigated USERRA, RIF, and indefinite suspension appeals, misconduct cases, whistle blowing, discrimination, and federal retirement appeals. He also has represented hundreds of employees subjected to retaliation or discrimination in employment.
